Izzy and I both struggle with being a bit lactose intolerant. We can have dairy, but it can really mess up our tummies. From the time I stopped breastfeeding I easy had Izzy on lactose free milk. Currently my diet consists of eating dairy free, gluten free and plant based. This has helped with my digestion/IBS, anxiety and arthritis. I overall feel better. Silk dairy-free yogurt has been a fun product for me to share with my dairy free household. Plus it has opened up so many new options for recipes.

I’ve been getting creative in the kitchen with all my dietary restrictions. Now, as the weather gets warmer here in GA I wanted something that could cool me down and be a fun sweet treat for my family.
